About the role
The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient daytime opening shifts. You will take ownership of shift performance, solve problems, and guide team members.
Key responsibilities
- Run opening shifts independently, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist the RGM with shift performance, problem‑solving and staff guidance.
- Maintain standards for food safety, cleanliness and customer service.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
- At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
- Ability to walk, stand for 80% of the shift and lift up to 50 lb.
- Pass background checks for management positions.
Required skills
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Basic business math and accounting skills.
