About the role
Join a Taco Bell franchise as a part‑time Shift Leader working late‑night and closing shifts. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient shifts and ensuring a smooth close.
Key responsibilities
- Support the RGM by managing shift operations independently.
- Solve problems, seek assistance when needed, and guide team members.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
- Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for most of the shift.
Required skills
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision‑making ability.
