SharePoint Business Analyst

About the role

Azad Technology Partners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with deep SharePoint expertise to support strategic programs within an enterprise‑level IT organization. The role blends business analysis with solution development, focusing on SharePoint design, administration, and data reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Develop and manage SharePoint data solutions, including InfoPath forms, PowerView reports, and PerformancePoint dashboards.
• Provide front‑end web development for SharePoint environments using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SPServices.
• Administer Microsoft Project and Project Web Application (PWA) for project tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of SharePoint design experience (or 7 years with an associate degree, or 9 years without a degree).
• Proven ability to perform site administration, permissions management, and customizations.

Required skills

• SharePoint 2010 design, setup, and support.
• InfoPath, PowerView, PerformancePoint, and SharePoint workflows.
• Microsoft Project and Project Web Application (PWA) – 5+ years.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SPServices.
