Service Technician – Stonebridge Ranch

About the role

The Service Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Stonebridge Ranch community – buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Working on‑site in Chandler, AZ, you will respond to resident requests and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and handle tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
