Service Technician

About the role

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking certified Service Technicians to join a clean, safe, temperature‑controlled dealership environment. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair work efficiently according to dealership policies and repair orders.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an automotive technician.
• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with good customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Computer literacy.
