Service Technician

About the role

Renuity is seeking a Service Technician to deliver high‑quality home‑renovation services across the field. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring fast response times and exceptional service throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site service and customer support during field visits
• Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Repair showers, tubs, and plumbing leaks
• Wrap windows, install shower doors, replace window sashes and interior trim
• Perform sheetrock taping, mudding, drywall patching, painting, staining, siding and shingle installation
• General caulking, cleaning, and collection of any balance due
• Follow all company procedures and safety protocols
• Produce timely, detailed service reports

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in the remodeling industry
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to quality standards
• Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing abilities
