Service Technician

About the role

Classic Toyota of Henderson is seeking an enthusiastic Service Technician to join its dealership team. This full‑time position offers a hands‑on environment where you will perform repairs, diagnostics, and inspections on Toyota vehicles while delivering high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform efficient repairs in line with dealership policies and manufacturer specifications.
• Test and diagnose components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct test drives to verify repair quality.
• Maintain and repair vehicle systems to Toyota standards.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs.
• Complete and submit online multi‑point inspection reports.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, high‑energy individual with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Comfortable with performance‑based compensation.
• Clean, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification through paid training.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and advanced tools.
