Service Technician - Floating

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician – Floating to maintain the physical condition of its residential properties in Greenwood Village. The role involves responding to resident service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Perform the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections.
• Track and manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and ensure timely paperwork completion.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities through trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Commitment to follow company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately.
