Service Technician – CityScape at Lakeshore

About the role
The Service Technician for CityScape at Lakeshore is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, its grounds, amenities and common areas. This full‑time position ensures that all facilities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects, determine causes and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Conduct “make‑ready” processes for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors or contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical work on building systems and common areas.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and relevant building codes.
- Capability to diagnose problems, follow established policies and document work performed.
