Service Technician (Casona)

About the role

The Service Technician (Casona) ensures that all physical aspects of Greystar’s residential properties—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose the source or cause of defects, execute repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical work in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to follow established policies, safety procedures, and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting units and documenting maintenance tasks.
