Service Technician – Cascades (Southern Hills)

About the role
The Service Technician for the Cascades at Southern Hills property ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas operate safely and efficiently. This full‑time position supports resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance requests and preparing vacant units for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Conduct preventative maintenance across the property to minimize equipment downtime.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property environment.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting units and documenting maintenance needs.
