Authorized Inspection Supervisor

About the role

Bureau Veritas is seeking an Authorized Inspection Supervisor to lead a team of Authorized Inspectors in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role ensures competency, compliance with ASME and National Board standards, and high‑quality inspection services for boiler and pressure‑vessel clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training and development to maintain Authorized Inspectors' competency.
• Audit and document performance of each Authorized Inspector, recording non‑conformances.
• Verify corrective actions and record audit dates in the Inspector Diary.
• Attend joint reviews for Certificate Holders and review design specifications, engineering calculations, and final testing for ASME compliance.
• Perform ASME/NB shop and field inspections, monitor client quality‑control systems, and ensure compliance with applicable codes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ASME, National Board, and jurisdictional requirements through self‑study and training.

Required profile

• National Board Authorized Inspector Commission with "B" endorsement.
• 1–4 years of experience in the boiler and pressure‑vessel industry (design, fabrication, inspection, or quality control).
