Service Technician (Bathroom Remodeling)

About the role

This role operates within the Repair and Service Department, handling internal work orders, retail repairs, window/door maintenance, and small installations for both new and existing clients. The technician also supports the Production Department and helps generate new business for the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day workflow to ensure efficient service delivery and high‑quality repairs.
• Oversee customer interactions, address concerns, and maintain a positive service experience.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings and drive customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all service and installation activities.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in service, repair, or remodeling.
• Ability to create and maintain schedules and work orders.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and customer‑service skills.
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse team of installers.
• Quick troubleshooting ability while maintaining quality standards.
