About the role

Join our Service Team as an Associate and help create a warm, welcoming environment for guests while delivering great service in a fast‑paced restaurant setting. No prior experience is required – we provide hands‑on training and opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional dining experience: greet guests, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen, rotating among front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen stations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive, fun environment.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful attitude with a team‑player mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and reach across counters.
• Comfort working in hot, noisy kitchen environments.
• Effective verbal communication and adaptability to a dynamic setting.
