Service Team Associate – Guest Service Role

About the role

As a Service Team Associate you will create a warm, welcoming environment for guests and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will work in a fast‑paced restaurant setting, rotating across front‑counter, drive‑through, and kitchen stations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, covering front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful attitude with strong verbal communication.
• High school education; operations experience is a plus.
• May need a Food Handler certification depending on local regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36‑inch counters.
• Comfortable working in hot, noisy kitchen environments and handling kitchen equipment.
• Adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and resolve conflicts.
