Service Supervisor – Village East

About the role

The Service Supervisor for Village East will oversee all maintenance activities across two residential properties. Reporting to property management, the role ensures that interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality while staying within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate completion of all resident service work orders.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and arrange repairs or replacements in line with company policies, safety standards and local codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creation of punch lists and scheduling of vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and operational goals.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and standard maintenance procedures.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors and internal teams.
