Service Supervisor – Summerwel Wildcat Ranch

About the role

The Service Supervisor at Summerwel Wildcat Ranch ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will lead maintenance activities, coordinate vendors, and oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready workflow: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, generate punch lists, schedule contractors, procure supplies, complete maintenance tasks, and verify finished work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work orders and projects.
• Effective communication and teamwork, capable of supervising staff and coordinating external vendors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with inventory management for maintenance supplies.
