Service Supervisor – Stone Arbor Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor for the Stone Arbor community ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday‑Friday with on‑call duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and shared facilities.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors, and implement corrective action plans.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Ability to obtain or hold Certified EPA Universal (HVAC) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certifications within 90 days.
• Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or Happy Co.

Required skills

• EPA Universal certification (or ability to obtain).

• HVAC technical knowledge.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety training.
• Yardi or Happy Co software proficiency.
