Service Supervisor – Fort Worth, TX

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Fort Worth, TX and involves both hands‑on technical work and coordination of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.
• Oversee routine upkeep of the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to ensure they remain clean, safe and fully operational.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to schedule and track maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical or mechanical maintenance within a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to diagnose problems, follow established procedures and adhere to safety and code standards.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inspections and vendor schedules.
