About the role
We are looking for a reliable Part‑Time Porter to keep our apartment community clean, welcoming and well‑maintained. You will work on‑site at The Bowery in Fort Worth, supporting both interior and exterior areas.
Key responsibilities
- Clean interior stairways and carpeted hallways.
- Perform groundskeeping duties, including litter pickup and pet‑waste station cleaning.
- Maintain outdoor spaces such as dog parks and leisure areas.
- Assist with light painting, basic housekeeping tasks, and support the maintenance team as needed.
Required profile
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and pride in keeping the property presentable.
- Willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.50.
- Quarterly bonuses and a $500 stay‑on bonus after 90 days in good standing.
- Flexible schedule – typically two full days and one half day per week.
- Opportunities for growth into maintenance or other advanced roles.
