Service Supervisor – Facility Maintenance

About the role
This position oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring all required supplies are obtained.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.
