Service Supervisor – Escena

About the role

The Service Supervisor for the Escena community ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with policies and quality specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate work orders, vendor activities, and make‑ready processes.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work quality and maintaining standards.
• Capability to manage inventory and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and preventative maintenance procedures.
