Service Supervisor – Avana Cliffside

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Avana Cliffside community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct routine upkeep of the community’s buildings, grounds, and shared facilities.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in a residential community setting.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical or technical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and standard maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections, and vendor coordination.
