Service Product Manager, Diagnostic X-ray (North America)

About the role

The Service Product Manager drives customer lifecycle value, installed‑base growth and service revenue for Philips' Diagnostic X‑ray portfolio across North America. This strategic position leads initiatives on lifecycle optimisation, service attachment, upgrades and competitive conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service growth and lifecycle optimisation programmes for the DXR portfolio, including point‑of‑sale service attachment strategies.
• Manage installed‑base and competitive strategies to retain, upgrade and expand existing customers while improving profitability.
• Partner with sales, service and marketing to align customer value messaging and execute growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional sales, service delivery, finance and global teams to develop business cases, pricing and market assessments.
• Analyse market trends, competitive activity and customer needs to identify new service growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in product management, marketing, healthcare or MedTech.
• Familiarity with radiology and service structures for capital equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration or related field.
