Service Parts Planning & Systems Analyst

About the role

Glory, a global leader in customer experience automation, is recruiting a Service Parts Planning & Systems Analyst. The role optimizes service parts availability, inventory and planning execution through advanced forecasting and analytics, producing the forecast that is then run in the company's JD Edwards ERP system. It is the key resource ensuring the right parts are available at the right place and time for Field Services Technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage forecasts for Field Replacement Units (FRU), Field Service Small Parts Spares and Repair Kits.
• Maintain system planning parameters within the Baxter System.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory between the Distribution Center, Forward Stocking Locations and FSE Van Stock.
• Assist in developing KPIs needed for data-driven decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Business Intelligence or related field preferred).
• 3-7+ years of experience in supply chain forecast and demand planning using data analytic tools and ERP systems.
• Experience in field service parts planning is a plus.
• Proven success improving forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Global or multi-region supply chain experience preferred.

Required skills

• Strong ERP knowledge; JDE/Oracle preferred.
• Forecasting and demand planning with tools such as Zoho, MS Power BI, Tableau, Baxter, Domo, Looker.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups) and database tools.
• Data extraction and analysis of large datasets; Power BI or similar dashboard development.
• Communication, stakeholder management and continuous improvement mindset.
