Service Operations Distribution Specialist

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions, an HR technology and service organisation based in Chandler, Arizona, is hiring a Service Operations Distribution Specialist. The role delivers accurate, timely and secure distribution of payroll materials in a high-volume payroll provider environment, covering the end-to-end printing, packaging and preparation of payrolls for the entire client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare payroll packages for each client, including registers, reports, worksheets, liability reports, checks, vouchers and other documents.
• Operate mailing systems, shipping PCs, printers, sealers and related production equipment.
• Inspect printed payroll checks, sort and package them for secure pickup or delivery.
• Post mail and overnight shipping labels daily and complete package confirmations, logs and checklists.
• Follow security, confidentiality and audit protocols, and escalate discrepancies or issues to the right people.
• Stage and replenish packaging supplies, load and unload paper stock, and run daily processing and printing tasks across multiple platforms.
• Monitor computer processing jobs and coordinate with team members; regular on-site attendance is required.
• Marginal functions include light administrative support, keeping production and storage areas tidy, attending webinars and training, and completing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred, or equivalent combination of experience, skills and education.
• 1+ year of experience with cloud-based printing solutions preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Sedentary work, occasional walking, minimal lifting, and sustained attention to detail.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of shipping and logistics vendors such as FedEx, UPS and other couriers.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management, attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills.
