Service Drive Upgrade Sales Associate

About the role

Victory Automotive Group, a family-owned dealer group operating since 1997 with more than 50 locations across the United States, is hiring a Service Drive Upgrade Sales Associate in Albany, California. The role works with customers coming in for service to offer options and information about new and used vehicles and their future purchases. The salary is listed as $60,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and give them options and information about their vehicle.
• Help customers choose a vehicle and promote model options, features, value-added products and services, and purchase and finance options in line with dealership policy.
• Conduct vehicle test drives while following speed limits and traffic rules.
• Keep up to date on vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Service drive upgrade experience preferred; sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, vendors and staff.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Neat, clean, professional appearance and friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Required skills

• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions.
