About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Service Champion in Dallas, PA (2186 Memorial Hwy) for its restaurant team. The role suits people who enjoy serving customers, have restaurant experience and want to join the largest restaurant company in the world. The position is open to applicants aged 16 and older.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues
• Prepare products and maintain their quality
• Monitor all service equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA and company standards
• Unload, stock and keep required inventory levels
• Support recognition and motivation efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Required profile

• At least 16 years old
• Dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity, able to move up to 45 lbs between areas
• Attendance and punctuality are essential
• Complete training certification
• Strong work ethic, team player, commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Operating a cash register and making change for other cashiers
• Basic math skills
