Service Champion

About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Service Champion in Centerville, OH, for its restaurant team. The role suits people who enjoy serving customers, have restaurant experience and want to join the largest restaurant company in the world. The position is based at 9300 Dayton Lebanon Pike, Centerville.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales and payments, and handle customer issues
• Prepare products and maintain their quality
• Monitor all service equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA and company standards
• Unload, stock and keep required inventory levels
• Support recognition and motivation efforts
• Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers

Required profile

• At least 14 years of age
• Dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity, able to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another
• Attendance and punctuality are essential
• Complete training certification, willingness to learn, teamwork and commitment to customer satisfaction
