Service Champion – Fast‑Food Restaurant Team Member

About the role

The Service Champion will deliver fast, fun and friendly service to customers at Taco Bell in Elk Grove Village. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and working in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders, process sales, handle cash and make change.
• Prepare menu items, maintain product quality, and monitor service equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and safe according to Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels.
• Support team motivation and recognition initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 14 years old with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
• Enthusiastic, team‑oriented and committed to customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Basic math for cash handling.
• Operation of a cash register.
