About the role

Join the Central Houston Nissan dealership as a Service Advisor, providing front‑line support to customers in the service department and ensuring smooth communication between clients and technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Write repair orders and accurately translate customer concerns to technicians using a tablet‑based system.
• Manage phone calls, schedule service appointments, and follow up with customers on surveys and repair progress.
• Greet customers promptly, confirm contact details, and keep them informed about vehicle status.
• Review and explain repair costs at vehicle pick‑up, handling minor concerns and complaints.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of automotive products, repairs, and parts.
• Mechanical and auto‑parts expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
