Server – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Server at Chuy’s you will be the face of the restaurant, guiding guests through the menu, delivering food and drinks, and creating a memorable dining experience. The role combines energetic service with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer questions about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate orders, communicate them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide attentive service throughout the meal, including refilling drinks and handling special requests.
• Process payments and manage tips in accordance with restaurant policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
