Server – Fast‑Paced Restaurant (Part‑Time)

About the role

Pasta Ramen, a new Italian‑Japanese fusion concept in Montclair, New Jersey, is looking for enthusiastic servers to join its front‑of‑house team. You will help deliver a unique dining experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to every guest.
• Handle orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proper hygiene and a clean work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to keep service flowing smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a server in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Hospitable demeanor and desire to help others.
