SEO Specialist

About the role

Haypp Group is expanding its U.S. e‑commerce operations and needs an SEO Specialist to own and execute the SEO strategy for its American sites. You will work closely with a Senior SEO Strategist and cross‑functional teams to drive organic growth in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on‑page SEO optimizations for commercial, category, blog and landing pages.
• Analyze search trends, competitor activity, rankings and performance data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings, click‑through rates, conversions and visibility in both traditional and AI‑driven search.
• Ensure content aligns with keyword strategy, search intent, internal linking priorities and e‑commerce customer journeys.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor crawl issues and execute site‑wide technical improvements.
• Collaborate with Content, Merchandising, Development and Performance Marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Proven ability to manage SEO projects end‑to‑end in an e‑commerce setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting search data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
