Account Executive, Public Relations

About the role

Silverline, the largest woman‑owned PR agency focused on clean energy and climate technology, is looking for an Account Executive to support high‑impact client campaigns. You will work hands‑on with media relations, content development, thought leadership, and digital strategy for cleantech startups and renewable‑energy leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in program brainstorming, development, and planning.
• Execute public‑relations plans, product‑introduction strategies, and special events, including budget tracking and material preparation.
• Schedule client‑related team meetings, conference calls, and events as needed.
• Manage junior‑level client relationships and understand broader client timelines and priorities.
• Support overall account organization and success.
• Research, draft, edit, and proofread press releases and corporate communications.
• Nurture solid relationships with media and industry analysts.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of public‑relations experience, preferably in clean energy, tech, or sustainability; agency experience preferred.
• Strong interest in the energy transition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a storytelling mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
