SEO & Organic Growth Manager

About the role

Transfr is seeking an SEO & Organic Growth Manager to own and drive our search visibility, content strategy, and website performance. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape the SEO and AEO roadmap, create high‑impact content, and ensure the website reflects our mission‑driven messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SEO and AEO strategy to help workforce and education leaders discover Transfr.
• Design and execute an organic content plan that turns audience questions and search insights into high‑performing onsite and offsite assets.
• Maintain day‑to‑day health of transfrinc.com, updating content in Webflow and aligning the site with current products and campaigns.
• Optimize page content, metadata, internal linking, calls‑to‑action, and conversion paths to improve performance.
• Identify and implement technical SEO fixes: crawlability, indexation, redirects, page speed, schema markup, broken links, and overall site health.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and design partners to deliver larger design or technical projects.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, search intent, and technical SEO concepts.
• Proven ability to develop content strategies that boost organic visibility and conversion.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clearscope, MarketMuse) to enhance research, workflow, and reporting.

What we offer
