SEO Lead

About the role

ComparePower is looking for an experienced SEO Lead to own and execute SEO strategy across multiple domains. The role is based in Dallas and reports to the marketing team, driving organic growth in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop data‑driven growth strategies, analyze competitors and support A/B testing.
• Calculate ROI of organic tactics, forecast financial value of content based on ranking difficulty, search volume and CPC.
• Manage keyword discovery, close content gaps, and scale SEO‑optimized content creation.
• Conduct technical site audits, implement schema markup and improve site architecture.
• Monitor SEO KPIs via dashboards, create alerts for underperforming keywords and report performance.
• Set OKRs for the organic channel, track project progress and ensure accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a start‑up environment.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and ranking value‑added content on Google.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross‑functionally.
