SEO Channel Lead

About the role

Seer Interactive is seeking an SEO Channel Lead to shape strategy across client accounts and guide internal teams. This remote‑first position can also be based in our Philadelphia headquarters and focuses on delivering measurable SEO results that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO strategy for a portfolio of clients, aligning internal teams on priorities.
• Measure performance using rankings, traffic, conversions, leads, revenue, and lifetime value.
• Communicate SEO findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through empathy, transparency, and results‑driven conversations.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase divisional revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Client Engagement, and Project Management to address client issues, allocate resources, and ensure profitability.
• Coach mid‑level SEOs, troubleshoot advanced SEO challenges, and stay current on industry best practices.

• Proven experience leading SEO strategy for diverse industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex SEO concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Client‑focused attitude with a track record of retaining and expanding accounts.
