SEO Analyst – Organic Search Specialist

About the role

Brady Corporation is seeking a data‑driven SEO Analyst to join its digital marketing team. Working closely with the SEO Manager, you will help increase organic traffic and improve search visibility across a wide range of products and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, maintain target lists, and analyze competition.
• Optimize on‑page SEO, including landing pages, content ideas, metadata, and redirects.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance site infrastructure for crawlers, including schema markup, JavaScript crawlability, and site speed.
• Partner with merchandising, engineering, UX, design, and product teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Manage backlinks, identify new linking opportunities, and resolve unlinked mentions.
• Investigate issues, perform ad‑hoc analyses, and help drive resolutions.
• Stay current with SEO trends, guidelines, and emerging SERP features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or an Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in search marketing.
• Familiarity with web analytics and SEO tools.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to the evolving search landscape.
