SEO Analyst – Organic Search

About the role

Brady Corporation is seeking a data‑driven SEO Analyst to join its digital marketing team. Working closely with the SEO Manager, you will help increase organic traffic and search visibility across a wide range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative strategies to grow organic traffic and improve search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, maintain target lists, and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Optimize on‑page elements, including landing pages, metadata, redirects, and content ideas.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, design and product teams to ensure site infrastructure is crawler‑friendly, including schema markup, JavaScript crawlability and site speed.
• Manage backlink coverage, uncover new linking opportunities and resolve unlinked mentions.
• Investigate SEO issues, perform ad‑hoc analyses and support incident resolution.
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field, or an Associate’s degree with 2–3 years relevant experience.
• At least one year of hands‑on search‑marketing experience.
• Familiarity with web analytics and SEO platforms.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to the evolving SERP landscape.
