About the role
The position is a senior advisory role focused on strengthening Norway’s defence industry presence abroad. The employee will become a central figure in the organisation’s international defence‑industry collaboration, working with a wide network of partners and authorities. The role contributes to a strategically important area for the national defence and security sector.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on authorities and market opportunities in countries that are important for Norway’s defence and security policy.
- Gather, evaluate and communicate relevant information about international markets and development trends to the organisation’s members.
- Initiate and facilitate relevant international cooperation activities and networking events.
Required profile
- Experience in international cooperation related to defence or security sectors.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and build effective networks across borders.
