Special Operations Program Analyst

About the role

The Special Operations Program Analyst provides operational and analytical support to Naval Special Warfare Command, assisting with mission planning, targeting, intelligence‑cycle activities and the alignment of capabilities with combatant command requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support identification and alignment of Naval Special Operations Forces maritime requirements.
• Assist in operational, targeting, and intelligence‑cycle activities.
• Synchronize sensitive activities with Special Operations Forces missions.
• Conduct strategic, operational, and tactical analysis for Naval Special Warfare missions.
• Develop plans employing sensitive tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Integrate Naval Special Warfare activities with Joint Force planning.
• Maintain databases and records supporting program operations.
• Submit and track Special Project Division training requests.
• Manage classified information and ensure security compliance.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and analytical products.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with a valid driver’s license.
• Active Top Secret security clearance (SCI eligible).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Experience supporting Special Operations Forces, DoD, intelligence, security, or related programs.
• Experience conducting strategic, operational, and tactical analysis.
• Experience handling classified information and security procedures.
• Experience maintaining accurate databases and records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
• Full‑time position with 10% travel.
