Senior Zone Installation Specialist – Medical Imaging (South Zone)

About the role

Join Philips Healthcare as a Senior Zone Installation Specialist for the South Zone, covering AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, and TX. You will install and service medical imaging equipment, delivering top‑class customer service while traveling extensively across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and execute the installation process, building rapport with customers and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform all required administrative tasks such as timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, field change orders, preventative maintenance documentation, and site reports within Philips and regulatory timeframes.
• Travel up to 100% of the time, including possible weekend stays, on‑call rotations, and occasional international assignments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment (field or hospital‑based).
• Associate degree in electronics or a related field; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, travel extensively, and safely handle radiation sources with required PPE.

Required skills

• Electronics theory and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical systems knowledge.
• Networking concepts for equipment integration.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging and image‑guided therapy devices.
• Use of specialized tools and test equipment, including radiation safety procedures.
