Remote Service Engineer – Healthcare Technology

About the role

Serve as the frontline remote technical expert for Philips healthcare customers, delivering rapid diagnostics and issue resolution while minimizing onsite service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and diagnostics using advanced remote access technologies.
• Respond to customer inquiries as a Philips representative, delivering timely and accurate troubleshooting.
• Resolve service issues leveraging internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources.
• Escalate complex product issues to higher‑level support for further evaluation.
• Utilize remote capabilities to efficiently resolve issues and reduce onsite dispatches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of remote software system experience with SQL and Windows server environments.
• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline (preferred).
• Team player, versatile, able to work with a variety of Philips products.
