Senior Web Developer

About the role

Great Minds is seeking a Senior Web Developer to own and evolve its marketing website. As the sole developer you will be responsible for the full lifecycle—from architecture and build to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement—working closely with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a modern, responsive, and secure marketing site.
• Lead the technical implementation of CMS solutions, preferably headless CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve back‑end issues, run queries, and ensure platform health.
• Implement SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices.
• Monitor performance, security, and scalability, and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level web developer, preferably in a marketing or product environment.
• Strong ability to work independently as the primary technical owner.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms, including headless CMS.
• Front‑end engineering (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Back‑end development and database query skills.
• Responsive web design and web security best practices.
• SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) implementation.
