NetSuite Developer

About the role

Great Minds is seeking a NetSuite Developer to design, build, and enhance custom solutions that extend and integrate the NetSuite ERP platform across finance, sales, and operational processes. Reporting to the Manager of IT Product Development, you will tackle complex ERP challenges while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize NetSuite solutions to support financial, sales, and operational workflows.
• Integrate NetSuite with other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, sales, operations, IT product leaders, enterprise architecture, and integration partners.
• Maintain and improve existing NetSuite customizations, applying best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing on the NetSuite platform.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex ERP scenarios.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple business stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering secure, scalable, and standards‑compliant solutions.

Required skills

• NetSuite development (SuiteScript or equivalent customization tools).
