Senior Training Manager

About the role

As a Senior Training Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, you will lead the development and delivery of training programs for District Managers, Store Managers and frontline staff across designated markets. You will translate corporate strategy into practical learning experiences that reinforce the brand culture and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, refine and roll out role‑specific training programs for District Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Juicers.
• Deliver high‑impact training sessions in virtual, classroom and in‑store formats, using e‑learning, workshops and on‑the‑job methods.
• Partner with the New Store Openings team to embed training into launch timelines and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Implementation and Marketing to align training content with business needs.
• Ensure training materials are engaging, practical and incorporate real‑world scenarios to maximize retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for retail or hospitality teams.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences that reflect company culture.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple markets and adapting content to local needs.
