Senior Technical Success Consultant

About the role

The Senior Technical Success Consultant partners with industrial customers to ensure successful adoption and optimal performance of AVEVA Engineering and AVEVA Schematic solutions. You will guide customers through best practices, upgrades, and feature adoption while driving value and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' technology stack, governance policies and strategic objectives related to AVEVA solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices, identify configuration issues, and advise on performance tuning and upgrade readiness.
• Support major version upgrades, demo new features, and recommend license optimization.
• Lead remediation plans for technical issues in partnership with internal teams.
• Deliver success accelerators, training, and contribute to product enhancement proposals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical support, solution engineering, project management, or pre‑sales consultancy with AVEVA products (or 8+ years without a degree).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer‑service skills, with ability to work with C‑level executives.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 20%.
