Senior Technical Programs Manager

About the role

Personified is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider for mission‑driven organizations. As a Senior Technical Programs Manager you will be the trusted partner and main point of contact for clients, delivering high‑quality IT and security support while leading complex projects from scoping to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as account manager and primary contact for mission‑driven clients, handling onboarding, ongoing support, and identifying service expansion opportunities.
• Lead and manage complex technical service projects, overseeing planning, timelines, coordination across internal and external teams, and maintaining detailed project records.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve operations, optimize knowledge bases, and support ad‑hoc initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in account management and managing high‑stakes projects.
• Experience working with a managed service provider (MSP) and a strong commitment to mission‑driven clients, especially nonprofits or advocacy groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical and security concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration, resolve challenges, and develop scalable processes.
