Senior Analyst, AI and Visualization

About the role

Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) supports non-profits founded by Alice Walton, including the Alice L. Walton Foundation, the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, Art Bridges, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Momentary and Heartland Whole Health Institute. The Senior Analyst, AI and Visualization reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Strategic Projects, works on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas and is exempt under FLSA. The role turns high-impact, often ambiguous business problems into scalable, data-driven solutions through experimentation, agentic AI and predictive models, while mentoring others.

Key responsibilities

• Frame complex business questions into testable hypotheses and deployable AI-driven solutions that improve staff and guest experiences.
• Design, run and scale experiments such as A/B testing, causal inference and machine learning models that inform financial, operational and strategic decisions.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions from prototype to production with cross-functional partners.
• Source, validate and model large datasets, then turn them into insights, reports, dashboards and visualizations for senior leaders.
• Mentor colleagues on modeling techniques, coding standards and analytical best practices.
• Monitor data quality, integrity and consistency across datasets and reporting solutions.
• Document models, reporting logic, datasets and methodologies, and advise leadership on trends, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, information technology or a related field; master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, AI-enabled analytics or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering data science or advanced analytics solutions that influenced decisions and business outcomes.
• Experience with data visualization, experimentation or predictive modeling is a plus.

Required skills

• Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Streamlit.
• Strong SQL and Python, including pandas, scikit-learn and statsmodels.
• A/B testing, causal inference and statistical analysis.
• Working knowledge of generative and agentic AI, including autonomous or multi-agent workflows.
• Cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake.
